Message so went two years ago and netted a 13.0@113 on 12psi, downpipes, testpipes, catback, hks smic, nismo 555's, jwt pop charger......only difference now is that i went ahead and put in the leader gears, underdrive pulley's and southbend dxd/rps clutch/flywheel setup. and this time i do 13.5@106.....what gives? the only thing i did different between this time and last time is no full throttle up shifts (tranny feels like it's gonna grenade) had to shift real easy into every gear. and we had some pretty hard core racers there yesterday and they said that it was a horrible day to make a pass cause the corrected DA was like 6500ft. could these two reasons alone be the culprit for the low times, i was going there expecting to be in the 12's no problem since last time i went i did 13 flat with a horrible 2.3 60ft, and yesterday i did a 13.5 with a 2.1 60ft. are the gears helpin me or hurtin me? and were the full throttle upshifts really helping me out that much last time? any thoughts/input would be greatly appreciated here. thanks!
